Return and Refund Policy

The refund policy of The People Mart is fair and flexible. But requires proof under most circumstances.

Please be mindful that we do not have much control over shipment errors, it is a stressful experience for everybody involved and we will do the best to work with you.

The Return Policy

• Returns are available up to 90 days after purchase through customer support at thepeoplemarthq@gmail.com
• Shipment errors with proof of purchase will result in a refund according to tracking data.
• Damaged products will result in full refund but in some cases it will have to be shipped back to us.
• Refunds can be paid through various payment methods including PayPal, E-Transfer, Crypto or bank transfer.
• Any failure to get a fair return after requirements are met should be reported to CEO Damian Kenney via DamianKenney97@hotmail.com
